Focused Health Solutions is a national provider of customized condition and wellness/lifestyle management services. Founded in 1999 as a for-profit subsidiary of Children's Memorial Medical Center, the Deerfield, IL based company has approximately 100 employees and an experienced senior management team. Linden LLC, a Chicago-based health care and life-science markets private equity fund, acquired the business in June 2006.
In November 2007, FHS expanded its services to include a full complement of leading edge wellness and lifestyle management solutions through the acquisition of The Good Health Company. Today, Focused Health Solutions partners with clients to design and implement innovative solutions that improve population health and reduce costs. As client partnerships are forged, we continue to clarify and deepen the business community’s understanding of a truly integrated population health management solution and how it can be used as a proven cost solution in the workplace.
